Fact check:
The claim is false. The women seen in the video are both Indian. The video shows an old wrestling event from the year 2016.
When we observed the video carefully, we found the banners in the video with the website address www.g8cwe.com, but when we searched for that website, we did not find any such website with the URL. We found a website www.khaliCWE.com, which explains that the CWE is Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE), India’s first professional wrestling promotion and a training academy founded and owned by the Indian American wrestler Dalip Singh, popularly known as The Great Khali.
When we searched the YouTube channel of CWE India, we found several videos related to wrestling. When we searched for the videos of women wrestling, we found the original video published by the YouTube channel named CWE India with the title: ‘Kavita accepted the open challenge of BB Bull Bull’
When we searched further about Kavita, the woman who beat the wrestler, we found that she is a former Haryana police officer and an MMA champion. She later signed up for WWE and got a nickname of Hard KD.
According to a DNA India report published on September 30, 2017, BB Bull Bull, who is the first professional woman wrestler from India, was knocked down by former Haryana police officer, power-lifting and MMA champion Kavita during a duel at the hub of Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE) in Jalandhar (Punjab). Bull Bull was seen challenging the crowd gathered at the arena to fight her, and it is then that Kavita accepted the challenge and stepped into the ring. Bull Bull started proceedings by slapping down Kavita, but then the former police officer knocked down the experienced wrestler twice to set the stage on fire. The article also states that Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE) is an Indian independent professional wrestling promotion and training school, based in Jalandhar. It was launched by former WWE superstar The Great Khali on November 24, 2015.
Another article published by The News Minute in 2016 also states that, according to CWE, former Haryana police officer and power-lifting and MMA champion Kavita accepted the open challenge of BB Bull Bull. The event was held by Continental Wrestling Entertainment, a training school and wrestling promoter in Jalandhar, started by former WWE wrestler The Great Khali.
Telugupost debunked the claim previously in 2023 when a similar claim went viral along with the same video, and concluded that the claim was false.
Therefore, the viral video is an old one, and the claim that the wrestler seen in the video is not a Pakistani woman. It is not a wrestling match in Dubai, the event took place in Jalandhar. Both the women seen in the video are Indian. The video is an old one and is not related to Operation Sindoor.
